Hopburn COMMUNITY UPDATE COVID-19 SHIRE COUNCIL The global impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is being felt across the community, business, health organisations and government. A State of Emergency was declared by the Victorian Government to ensure that the response to COVID-19 is strategic and coordinated.
